Lifestyle couples

Lifestyle couples are two adults who decide, together, to go to a private party. A host invites the people in the room. The night is a key party, a play party, or a speed date.
What people mean
The phrase is about the couple, not a club directory and not a public calendar. Both partners already know they are going. They are not meeting each other for the first time in the app.
A yes to the invite is a yes to come. It is not a yes to anyone in the room. You and your partner can still say no to a person, and that no stays private. A one-sided yes stays hidden.
Pineapple Play Date does not publish a list of couples. There is no map of houses. If you want a night, a host you know sends one private link to each couple.
How a night works for a couple
Before the door, each person says yes or no in private. You see one photo and one name. Your own partner is not someone you answer about.
On a key party, the host starts one shared reveal. The room sees one person, and only if both people said yes. Later rounds are still one person at a time. You can send one stronger yes for the night. If both people sent it, the reveal can say so. It is not a match by itself.
On a play party, answers stay hidden until the host opens them. The host closes answers and checks guests in first. Then each checked-in guest sees every match where both people said yes. The group chat opens when someone joins. A message to the host stays private to the host and any co-host.
On a speed date, a new party starts at about five minutes a round. The host can change the length, pause, add time, or skip. Either partner can answer until the host starts the next round. A match needs both couples to say yes. You see both names and one couple photo.
The street address stays with the host until they send it. Emails use a name that is safe to show in public, not the real party name. Everyone confirms they are 18 or older. The host checks people in with a door code or a QR pass. Guests cannot check themselves in. Guests never pay, and there is no ticket.
Host the night with your partner
If the two of you want the room, open the host home and pick one format before the links go out. Write the rules in the invite: who is coming, whether the room is straight, bi-friendly, or open, and what a no means in your house. An open room can include singles. Say that before anyone drives over.
Talk with your partner before the first link goes out. A maybe in the car is easier than a surprise at the door. Host help walks through the guest list, check-in, the address, and the moment you open the matches.
