A private swinger party in San Antonio

San Antonio keeps its best nights behind a door. Your host invites friends to a key party, a play party, or a speed date. Name the area, King William, Monte Vista, Alamo Heights, or downtown. Send the street when you are ready for them to drive over.
The short answer
A San Antonio swinger party on Pineapple Play Date is a private room: a key party, a play party, or a speed date. Your host invites friends. The host invites friends they'd love to have there. One private link per couple.
A limestone house in King William, a place in Monte Vista, a floor downtown: the rule is the same. The street, the suite, and the map stay hidden until the host sends them. A place name can show earlier, so guests know whether they are heading south of downtown or up into Alamo Heights. They do not get the address yet.
Adult only. Private by design. You confirm you are 18 or older. The host still checks you in. A warm evening does not make the porch public.
Say which part of town
King William, Southtown, Monte Vista, and Alamo Heights are not the same drive once the evening traffic sits on 281. Stone Oak and the far north side are a longer trip. Put the area in the first text so people can judge the highway before they dress.
Locals will see each other again, at a late breakfast or on the same block. People in town for a short stay treat the weekend like it ends when they fly out. Write the list knowing which is which. A couple you will pass near the Pearl does not get a casual add unless you would actually say yes to them.
Austin is up I-35, a real drive, and it has its own page. Dallas has its own page too, farther north. A club here that wants a public door keeps its own site. This page is a private list in San Antonio.
Parking, heat, and an end time
A tight street in King William and a downtown garage are different nights. Say where people leave the car, and say when the night ends. A long walk in the heat, or a hunt for a spot after midnight, is part of the plan if you leave it out. Guests should hear the end time while they are still deciding.
A rideshare drop-off is fine. The pin is not an address you paste into the group text. Send the area early. Send the gate, the floor, or the street when the list is finished and you are ready for them to leave.
If half the list is coming from the north side, a vague end time is how people get stuck on the highway. Tell them the shape of the night before they leave the house. A clear end is a kindness in August and in January.
A house or a downtown floor
A house is the classic room. You know the driveway, the neighbors, and whether the porch faces the street. You do not leave a sign in the yard. You do not put the address in a text someone will open on the River Walk.
A downtown hotel is the other honest room when visitors are in town and a house cannot hold them. You booked it. You still send the links. You still send the floor when you are ready for people to come up. A place name can say downtown. Keep the room number until you are ready to send it.
Only the host checks people in. A door code and a QR pass are for the list. Guests cannot check themselves in. The heat is not a reason to leave the code in a group chat.
How the night works
Pick the format before anyone gets on the highway. All mutual-yes matches are revealed, whether that happens together, at check-in, or after the short rounds. A house or a suite you control can hold that. A crowded bar cannot.
- Key party. Before the party, each person privately picks who they would like to play with. You will not see your own partner as someone to pick. At the party, every match where you both said yes is revealed at the same time. You see one Play Partner: one photo and one name. No one is paired with someone they did not pick.
- Play party. You still say yes or no in private. Mutual matches are revealed when the host checks that guest in. There is no room-wide Round 1.
- Speed date. You meet each couple for about five minutes. As a couple you say yes or no. Either partner can answer, and either can change it until the host starts the next round. A match needs both couples to say yes.
How to host it in San Antonio
Write the names first. Couples you know in the city, and visitors only if you actually want them. Singles only if the room is open and you picked them. Keep it short if the trust is short. A full house with someone who is still unsure, still on I-35, is a harder night than a smaller room that feels close.
Send the link a few days out, with the format, the day, the area, and the shape of the room. Leave the street and the door code out of the text. Say the dress in one plain line. Email says Your event, or a public-safe name. The real party name stays in the app. Group chat is for the time you start and the time you end.
House rules are one line each. Dress, phones, which rooms are closed, soft or full, where people park. Guests agree before they swipe. If you edit the rules, they agree again. A test party lets you walk it as a guest before anyone real is invited. Test parties do not send email, push, or reminders. Walk the reveal once before you do it with friends.
How you get into one
You get in because a host in San Antonio, or a host bringing a room here, sends you a link. Searching the city does not open a door. A weekend in Austin does not become this one.
When the link comes, read the format and the area before you drive. A key party, a play party, and a speed date are three different nights. If the invite is vague, Message host. That note is private. Decline early if the drive or the night is wrong for the two of you.
If nobody has invited you, host the people you would actually let onto the porch. The city is full of nights that are not yours. Start with the people you would actually invite.

The three nights use the same private list. Clothes, the invite, and a house versus a club each have a short page. Austin is the close drive. Dallas is the other Texas page.
FAQ
Is there a public list of swinger parties in San Antonio?
No. This page has no club calendar and no map of houses. A host sends one private link to the people they want in the room.
Do I need to say King William, Alamo Heights, or downtown?
Yes. Those are different drives, and the highway is part of the plan. Put the area in the first text. The street, the garage, and the floor can wait until you are ready to send them.
Can the party be in a hotel?
Yes. You still pick the list, and you still keep the floor private until you want people to come up. Name downtown. Keep the room number with you.
When do guests get the address?
When the host sends it. Before that they can see a place name, so they can judge the drive. They do not get the street, the garage, or the room.
Which night fits if people are driving in from Austin?
Say it in the invite. All mutual-yes matches are revealed. A key party shows one Play Partner at the same time. A play party reveals matches at check-in. A speed date is short rounds, then yes or no. People should pack for the night they were told, and for the drive home.
Who lets people in?
Only the host. Guests show a door code or a QR pass. They cannot check themselves in. Do not forward a code.
