What is a bull

A bull is a guest a couple invited, usually a man, under a ceiling they set before the night. He has a name. He can say no.
The short answer
At a couples party, a bull is a man the couple asked to join them. Both partners agreed before the link went out. He agreed too. He is a guest, not a prize and not a surprise in the kitchen.
The word is not a job title the app assigns. One private link per couple, and his own link if he is coming alone. A private no stays private. A one-sided yes stays hidden. A name appears only when both people said yes.
Adult only. Private by design. You confirm you are 18 or older. Only the host checks you in. When you are ready to host, start from the host home. The hosting help walks through the night.
How the invite works
Write it down before anyone drives over.
- Both partners want him there. Polite agreement is not a yes.
- He gets his own link. He is not a plus-one who walked in behind a couple.
- Name the ceiling: soft or full, same room or a closed door, watching or joining.
- A couples-only room does not add him. An open room can, if the host wrote that.
- He can say no. The couple can stop. Either answer ends the plan.
He is not a unicorn, and he is not every single man
A unicorn is a single guest, often a woman, invited to play with a couple. A single man at a couples party is any man the host invited alone. A bull is the narrower case: the couple asked him to play with them, and everyone heard that before the night.
Do not use one word for all three. If you would not say it to his face, do not put it in the invite as a joke.
During the night
The ceiling you wrote is the ceiling. A name appears only when both people said yes. That is permission to talk and to ask. It is not a schedule, and it is not a promise he will run the room. On a play party, the host closes the answers, checks people in, and then opens the matches. Checking someone in does not open the names.
If anyone wants to stop, you stop. Tell the host if the room will not hear it. He leaves when the night is over, the same as every other guest. No photos. No recap in the group chat. A key party is one shared reveal. A speed date is short rounds, and people stay dressed. None of those nights changes the ceiling you wrote.
FAQ
What is a bull?
A man a couple invited to play with them, with a ceiling set before the night. He is a guest with his own yes and his own no.
Is a bull the same as a unicorn?
No. A unicorn is a different guest, often a woman invited to play with a couple. Use the word you mean.
Can he join because the room is open?
Only if the host invited him and the couple already agreed. An open room is not a public door. A couples-only room does not add him.
Who sets the rules?
The couple and the host, before the night. He agrees to that line or he declines. A name appears only when both people said yes.
Can anyone stop?
Yes. The couple can stop. He can stop. A no ends it. A private no stays private.
When the list is ready, you can host a play party.
