What don't re-invite does

A dressed couple at a kitchen table at night, a closed notebook and a warm lamp.

The switch is on one guest, on this party. It does not take them off tonight's list.

The short answer

Don't re-invite is a switch on each guest in the host dashboard. Turning it on does not remove them from this party, and it does not check them out. Your host invites friends. The host invites friends they'd love to have there. One private link per couple. The host can still see them on the list.

It blocks a fresh invite email for that seat, and it blocks a resend. The day-before email and the two-hour email skip them. A flagged seat also cannot refer someone. Turning the switch off clears the flag.

Adult only. Private by design. You confirm you are 18 or older. The host still checks you in. A private no stays private.

What the switch blocks

When the host sends a batch of invite emails, a flagged guest is not given a new address. A resend to that guest stops. The line is that this guest is marked don't re-invite. The flag is stored for this host and this guest row, and the dashboard records the change.

The day-before party email and the two-hour email skip a flagged guest. That skip is those two notes. It is not a removal from the room.

A referral needs a seat that is checked in, has attended, and is not flagged. A flagged seat does not count, so that guest cannot refer someone from it.

What the switch leaves alone

They stay on this guest list. The host can still check them in. The switch does not send a no-reveal message, and it does not hide a mutual yes from the rest of the room. A one-sided yes stays hidden either way.

Copying this guest list onto a new party does not carry the switch. The new guest row starts clear. If the host still does not want another invite, they turn the switch on again there.

Turning it off on this party deletes the flag for this guest row. The next batch and the next resend can include them again.

The night still follows the format

All mutual-yes matches are revealed by the format the host already chose. Don't re-invite does not change a key party, a play party, or a speed date.

A key party shows one Play Partner at the same time, after the host starts the reveal. A play party keeps matches hidden until the host reveals them. A speed date is short rounds, then yes or no.

FAQ

Does don't re-invite remove the guest?

No. They stay on this party's list. The host can still check them in. The switch blocks a new invite email and a resend for that seat.

Which emails does it skip?

The day-before party email and the two-hour email skip a flagged guest. A resend stops with the line that this guest is marked don't re-invite.

Can a flagged guest refer someone?

Not from that seat. A referral needs a seat that is checked in, has attended, and is not flagged. A flagged seat does not count.

Does the flag follow them to the next party?

No. Copying the guest list starts the new row clear. The host turns the switch on again there if they still want it. Turning it off here clears the flag for this guest.

When do matches show?

All mutual-yes matches are revealed by the format. A key party shows one Play Partner at the same time, after the host starts the reveal. A play party keeps matches hidden until the host reveals them. A speed date is short rounds, then yes or no.
