What the minimum yes count does

The number is a bar. The app does not fill in a yes for anyone.
The short answer
Minimum yes's is a number on a key party or a play party. Your host invites friends. The host invites friends they'd love to have there. One private link per couple. It starts at 3. The host can set it from 1 to 30, and can change it until answers lock.
The invite asks a guest to say yes to at least that many people, and to answer every card. If the room has fewer eligible cards than the number, the bar drops to the number of cards. It never asks for a yes that does not exist.
Adult only. Private by design. You confirm you are 18 or older. The host still checks you in. A private no stays private.
What finished means
A guest is finished only when they have joined, answered every card, reached the yes count, and filled the required profile. Answering every card is not enough if the yes count is still short. The host list then says they need more yes answers.
They can change any yes or no until the deadline. Dropping below the count puts them back on that list. The app does not add a yes to get them over the line.
A couples-only play party shares one yes or no for the couple, and the invite line says couples instead of people. A speed date does not use this count.
Who is left out
Once answers lock, a couple that is not finished is not in the match. If one partner is short, the other partner is left out with them. On an open party, a single guest is finished or left out on their own.
A profile that is not finished keeps them out even when the yes count is met. Sitting that out is still a private result. The room does not get a list of who was short.
A night in Phoenix uses this same count. Austin does too. Those cities have their own pages. The number still lives on the party.
The count is not the reveal
All mutual-yes matches are revealed by the format the host already chose. Reaching the yes count does not say yes for anyone else. A one-sided yes stays hidden.
A key party shows one Play Partner at the same time, after the host starts the reveal. A play party keeps matches hidden until the host reveals them. A speed date is short rounds, then yes or no.
