What the finish reminder does

The note asks them to finish the cards. It does not finish the cards.
The short answer
The finish reminder is a switch on a key party or a play party. Your host invites friends. The host invites friends they'd love to have there. One private link per couple. It starts on. The date starts at the halfway point between when answering opens and the deadline.
The note goes to a guest who has joined and has not answered every card, when that date is still ahead and inside 48 hours. It does not send again inside 20 hours. Once the date has passed, this note stops.
Adult only. Private by design. You confirm you are 18 or older. The host still checks you in. A private no stays private.
Who gets the note
Someone who has already answered every card does not get this note, even if they are still short of the yes count. Someone who has not joined does not get it. Turning the switch off stops it. The host can still change the date until answers lock.
A guest who is not finished can also get a separate note when the deadline itself is inside 48 hours. That one is the deadline reminder. This switch is only the halfway note about unfinished cards.
The note is a push if the phone has one. Otherwise it is the short email that says an update is waiting. It uses the public-safe name, or Your event if that name is blank. It does not name the guest.
What the note leaves alone
It does not answer a card. It does not change a yes or a no. The guest can still change answers until the deadline. A test party does not send it.
A speed date does not show this switch. A play party and a key party do.
A night in Denver can use the switch. Seattle can too. Those cities have their own pages. The date still lives on the party.
The note is not a match
All mutual-yes matches are revealed by the format the host already chose. This reminder does not open that reveal. A one-sided yes stays hidden.
A key party shows one Play Partner at the same time, after the host starts the reveal. A play party keeps matches hidden until the host reveals them. A speed date is short rounds, then yes or no.
