What starting the rotation does

The button starts the first tables, and later it starts the next round.
The short answer
Start rotation is the button before the first round of a speed date. Your host invites friends. The host invites friends they'd love to have there. One private link per couple. The note says couples go to their first tables. After each round, each person says yes or no. They can still answer earlier rounds until the reveal.
Once a round is going, or the room is between rounds, the button says Start next round. If the round is still going, confirming ends it and starts the next one. Couples who have not answered can still answer later. That count does not block the host.
Adult only. Private by design. You confirm you are 18 or older. The host still checks you in. A private no stays private.
What the first start needs
A couples night needs at least two couples. A singles night needs at least two people. A night that pairs couples with singles needs at least one couple and one single. If those guests have no dates to meet, the start is refused.
The first round uses the date length already saved. A new party starts at five minutes. The clock for that round is that many minutes. Pause, extra minutes, and ending the round are separate buttons.
If the rotation is already over, the button says the rotation has ended. Starting again is refused. The app says that was the last round. A play party does not use this button. A key party round is a different control.
What the button is not
This is not End this round. Ending a round opens yes or no and waits. Start next round, while a round is still going, ends that round and begins the next one. If this is already the last round, confirming ends it and does not start another.
It is not Add a round on a key party, and it is not Start another round after a key party reveal. Those stay on the key party. A linked speed date uses this same button, and matches stay with the key party.
A co-host can press it from the dashboard. They still cannot delete the party or remove the original host. A night in Milwaukee can use the button. Buffalo can too. Those cities have their own pages. The schedule still lives on the party.
Starting a round is not the reveal
All mutual-yes matches are revealed by the format the host already chose. Starting the rotation does not reveal them. A one-sided yes stays hidden.
A key party shows one Play Partner at the same time, after the host starts the reveal. A play party keeps matches hidden until the host reveals them. A speed date is short rounds, then yes or no.
